My business is building custom homes rather than telecommunication engineer but my hosted PBX, private business exchange system is the foundation of my success. This kind of conference communication with database onscreen views saves hundreds of man-hours in traveling time and delays. Hosted PBX communication also goes a long way to avoiding miscommunication and ‘Chinese whispers’ errors that can be very expensive. Even the smallest errors in time or quantity or quality can become very big defects when they get set in concrete.

The only way I can keep my reputation and my business intact is by always being open to the needs of potential and actual customers, by always responding in the shortest time period, by keeping my promises and deadlines or explaining why I can’t do this when I do fall short.
